BILL BONE BIKE LAW strongly believes that successful advocacy and education begins at a local level. The firm strives to support local bike shops across the Sunshine State. As the foundation of support in the local community, bike shops provide the means for which all cyclists can travel.
As such, our passion for cycling leaves us dependant on these businesses while we are out on the road and serves as the foundation for our support in the local community. Therefore, BILL BONE BIKE LAW focuses on making sure that local bike shops are given the tools that they need to successfully provide the most important safety functions for all riders in Florida.

Leandro Contreras was born in Santiago, Chile and began racing at the age of 16 winning his first race. From there Coach Leo didn’t look back and developed into one of Chile’s premiere professional cyclist. Along the way he participated in six Vueltas A Chile (Chile’s National Tour) and other numerous and prestigious South American races.
In 2001, Coach Leo moved to Florida and his first experience with local cyclists was during the fast Saturday morning ride out of Lake Worth. During the ride, he broke away at the turn around point and continued way beyond Lake Worth Beach without anybody in site. Apparently, nobody told him that the ride finished at Lake Worth. From that day on Leandro has been a force to be reckoned with at both the local, regional and national level.

Rich Cohen, the owner of All Bicycles was an ABL and USCF licensed track racer in the 70s with Queens Kissena cycling Club/ Zeus team. Although he eventually moved away from bicycles to obtain his degree in psychology, his love of the sport never wavered. In 1990 he concluded that Cycle-therapy is the most effective therapy available and turned All Bicycles into south Florida’s premier specialty Pro bike shop. Richard’s dream was to emulate his cycling coach, who inspired him back in his days with Zeus. Now Richard gives back to the sport that gave him so much by sponsoring triathletes in Florida.
